Endurance
High-intensity aerobic-endurance training that requires a basic level of skill in rowing, running, cycling, jumping alongside components and exercises from the functional world such as using kettlebells, hand weights, tension, rings and more.
Yoga
A sequence of postures adapted to all levels, with an emphasis on movement and breathing, a training that combines body holding, strength and flexibility at the highest levels in a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere for maximum connection of body and mind. Suitable for all levels.
Weightlifting
We focus on technique, pure strength, explosive strength, coordination flexibility and motor control at the highest level in snatch and clean and jerk exercises. These exercises are an integral part of the Crossfit world and mastering them will significantly improve your training. **
Open Gym
In a gym you can reach independently as
in the "gym" and carry out your personal plan or that of the club without the guidance and accompaniment of a group. The training responsibility is the responsibility of the trainee only!

The Daily Workout
Group functional training that combines movements from the worlds of gymnastics, weightlifting, powerlifting, endurance and more. The trainings change daily and the club program is built according to long-term goals.
Basics
We will work on the basic exercises in the world of crossfit and strength and prepare you in the best possible way for joining the club's group training program. The training is suitable for new guys but not only for them. The training is excellent for guys who want to refresh their movement a bit under the closer supervision of a trainer.
Our trainings are suitable for everyone and adjusted to your fitness level by our team of professional trainers.
**Experience of at least 4 months or more in Crossfit and mastery of the deadlift exercise, and various squats is required.
